This agreement is valid until further notice between the consumers with minimum age 18 years and Superbespoke.com. For other agreements, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Price Info
The hand crafted garments are always sent to you directly from Hong Kong. VAT and custom fees are included in the prices. You, as a consumer, are not responsible for paying any additional VAT and custom charges upon delivery of the goods. The prices are subject to change due to circumstances that Superbespoke cannot control, such as increased fabric prices, currency exchange rates, shipping costs, import fees or VAT.

The processing of your order will start after the order value has been paid. When paying by credit card the order amount will be withdrawn directly.
Delivery
Your hand crafted bespoke garments are delivered within about 5 to 6 weeks, the delivery time may not be guaranteed. In some circumstances, when fabric out of stock, the delivery time may increase by a few days. We always do our best to deliver in 5 to 6 weeks to your door as swiftly as possible.
Tolerances
Superbespoke hand crafted garments are always made to the measurements given by you. If you choose body measurements, the measurements of a shirt are cut according to the fit selected (slim, normal or loose fit). If you choose the shirt measurements option, the measurements of your garment should be the same as on the original garment, however, we cannot guarantee that the design will be identical to the original garment. We generally accept a slight variance from the original measurement. We cannot guarantee that garments crafted to the measurements from our size chart will have a perfect fit. That is why we always recommend you use your body measurements instead. Please be aware that sometimes there are visible chalk marks on our shirts which will dissolve after the first washing. We strive to further improve the quality of our products. That is why often two hand crafted garments can differ a little, especially if they were ordered at different times. Garments made from different rolls of fabric may differ slightly in shade due to normal variations in the dyeing process. If any other problems occur, we will do our best to solve them as soon as possible as we value our customers.
Warranty
If the measurements or design of hand crafted garment ordered does not match with your given measurements for reasons other than mentioned above, we will give you a new garment at no charge to you. Superbespoke.com is responsible for the cost of return shipments under the condition that you return the hand crafted garment in the same box as it was delivered in and send it to us. As our valued customer, you are responsible for the given body measurements.

Our aim is to keep our overheads minimum in order to offer low and attractive prices to our valued customers. We have no 24/7 customer support by phone. We service all valued customer by e-mail and we are committed to reply your questions within 24 hours Monday - Friday.
